Project Summary and Key Learnings:

This dashboard aims to monitor how volume of sales and customer retention changes at the Mt.Vernon Winery from 2019 to 2020

  1. Data Collection and Cleaning: Dummy data created based on existing publicly available statistics on wineries.
  2. Data Visualization: Created Tableau visualizations to analyse customer retention, sales growth, and regional visibility.
  3. Product Category Analysis: Utilized Tableau to analyse coustomer how the various metrics mentioned above vary by product category, i.e., bottles and cases, modes of selling wine.
  4. Insights and Conclusion: Based on the analysis, various marketing strategies were planned, new loyalty program in effect with rewards for both new and existing customers.

This project provided hands-on experience in data collection, cleaning, storyboard building in Tableau, Excel, and data interpretation.
